TRIUMVIR x FLY x NIKE SB DUNK MID BEIJING RELEASE
Given a chance to design his own pair of sneakers alongside China’s Fly, Triumvir founder Brandon Cheng chose a theme close to his Chinese roots. Using the Dunk Mid platform, both entities took inspiration from iconic Beijing landmarks including noodles, traffic, highways and Tiananmen Square to create a silhouette from a native’s perspective. After his humble beginnings in sneaker customs, its refreshing to see Brandon’s expertise expanding throughout the industry especially within his Triumvir clothing brand. One of the better releases of 2009, the “Beijing” dunks have finally released at select Nike SB retailers including Kix-Files.
