MEET: MILAN OF NUMBER NINE
Last time we saw each other was in Berlin, Reebok Pump Party (no thanks for the drinks!). He’s one of the chillest cats, no attitude and most down to earth fellas: Milan of Number Nine in Haarlem. We’ve been visiting his store for a couple of years now. Even before we started GPB and still were in University. And everything started in Haarlem for us: school, housing, friendships, relationships, work, business ideas and so on. Ever since, Number Nine is still going strong in Haarlem. It’s open for 4 years now! Thanks for having us in your store, till soon buddy.
PUNANG ADIPRADANA - GRADUATION (2009)
Man, we’re so proud of you! Punang a.k.a Adi a.k.a SoulTraveller is finally graduated. After a 4 year course of International Music Management, he’s done. We were there to show some love and support and watch the whole ceremony. The mentor did a great speech for him (check out the video after the jump). Orville and I didn’t make it to our ceremony because we were in Asia back then. So we were extra happy being there for Punang. It even felt like we actually could celebrate our graduation and close our chapter in University. Cause we never did (Orville got emotional). So thank you too. Anyway, congrats dog. Enjoy it and do great things (with us) in the near future. Shine on. Let’s celebrate!
HARD KNOCK LIFE
We started Green Paper Boys because of our love for fashion, streetwear, events and
music. So what did we do? We went to University, started the company during school,
got our Bachelor Degree and now we grind as hard as we can.
Since September we officially have our first intern at Green Paper Boys. Meet Adi.
Adi is a 23-year old Indonesian student, born in Switzerland and raised partially in
Indonesia and New York. He’s attending Media & Entertainment Management at the
INHOLLAND University in Haarlem.
This is what a day of our intern looks like. What a hard knock life.
